Financial Help for Housing

SECURITY DEPOSITS, RENTAL ASSISTANCE, AND UTILITY ASSISTANCE

Assistance with a security deposit, monthly rent, or utility bills offer an important safety net that can offer vital support—and can mean the difference between staying housed or becoming homeless. Below are a variety of resources that can help with financial support for housing needs.

NOTE: Many social service agencies require that tenants first reach out to Township Trustees before seeking other sources of financial help.
